This was my grandmother's recipe, and I still remember her feeding it to me in my highchair. (She died when I was two years old.) Throughout my life, my mother always made it, and called it "Nannie's Cake." When I became a mom, I made it for my children, and they loved it. They also called it "Nannie's Cake," so that made it very special!

3/4 capricot nectar

How To Make apricot nectar cake ("nannie's cake")

1Gather all ingredients needed for cake.

3Mix with mixer for 2 minutes on medium speed.

4Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
