How To Make applesauce banana muffins
-
1Heat oven to 350 degrees Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray or use liners. Sift together all dry ingredients in large bowl.
-
2In another large bowl, beat eggs with both sugars until light. Mix applesauce, banana, oil and vanilla until smooth. If you wish to add chopped nuts, you may do so now. Fold in dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Pour into prepared muffin tins.
-
3Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick test in center of muffin comes out clean. Cool 10 mins and remove to wire racks to finish cooling.
-
4Glaze, mix the ingredients with the milk being added 1 tablespoon at a time. You may want to add a little more milk until you reach the desired consistency. I glazed 1/2 of the muffins and then melted 20 chocolate chips in microwave and added it to the glaze to make a chocolate flavored glaze for the remaining muffins. Enjoy!
