    apple, peeled, cored, diced
  • 1 lg
    pear, peeled, cored, diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    + 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1
    18.5 oz pkg butter recipe yellow cake mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    low-fat sour cream
  • 2/3 c
    fat-free milk
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    melted butter

How To Make apple-pear crumb cake

    Line a 9 x 13" pan w/ foil, leaving a 2" overhang, coat w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine both fruits, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon. In another bowl, w/ mixer on high, beat cake mix, eggs, sour cream, and milk until fluffy. Transfer cake mix to pan. Sprinkle w/ fruit mix. Bake 30 min, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. In bowl, combine flours, brown sugar, remaining sugar, cinnamon. Stir in butter until lg crumbs form. Sprinkle over cake, bake 25 min. Let cool. Using foil, lift cake from pan. Cool completely.
