1/4 tspallspice
- LASTLY, ADD THE FOLLOWING:

3 cgranny smith apples, peeled & diced

1 1/2 cpecans, chopped fine

1/2 tspvanilla
- CARAMEL SAUCE:
-
1 1/2 stickbutter
-
1 1/2 cbrown sugar
-
2/3 cevaporated milk
-
2 Tbspdark corn syrup
-
1 Tbspvanilla
- PAN COATER:
-
1 stickbutter, melted
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
-
1/2 tspcinnamon, nutmeg & allspice
How To Make apple dapple cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients for pan coater. Grease pan first with a little cooking spray, then sprinkle pan coater all over the entire pan to coat.

2Prepare cake per directions as instructed on recipe. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool for 20 minutes; invert onto serving plate.

3Combine butter, sugar, milk and corn syrup in small saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat and add vanilla. Spoon all over cake, coating the outside. YUM-MO!
