Ingredients For apple cobbler cake
- CAKE:

1 1/2 cvegetable oil

2 csugar
-
3 lgeggs
-
2 tspvanilla extract

3 call purpose flour

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 cchopped pecans
-
3 cbaking apples, peeled, and chopped in large pieces
- TOPPING:

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 stickbutter
-
1/4 cmilk
How To Make apple cobbler cake

1CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a standard size Bundt pan. Blend together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix this with the sugar mixture. Fold in pecans and apples. Pour into Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour. See TOPPING directions below in Step 2. Pour topping over hot cake and let stand at least 1 hour before turning pan over and removing cake from pan.

2TOPPING: While cake is baking stir together topping ingredients in a saucepan. Just about 5-7 minutes before you remove cake from oven turn on heat and boil topping mixture for 3 minutes. Have topping ready when cake comes out of oven.
