1 cwhole wheat flour

1/2 cpacked light brown sugar

2 sticksoft butter

38 oz pkgs softened cream cheese

3/4 cplus 2 tbsp sugar, divided

3eggs
-
1-1/2 tspvanilla

3 lggrannysmith apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1 cpacked light brown sugar

1 cflour
-
1/2 cquick cooking oats
-
1 sticksoft butter

1/2 csmuckers caramel topping
How To Make apple cheesecake bars w/ caramel sauce

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. W/ 2 forks, cut in 2 stcks butter until crumbly. Press mix into bottom of pan. Bake 15 mins.

2In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Stir in vanilla. Pour mix over crust.

3In another bowl, combineApples, cinnamon , 2 tbsp sugar and nutmeg. Sprinkle over cream cheese mix. In another bowl, combine remaining brown sugar, 1 cup flour, oats and butter, mix well. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 40 mins, or until set. Drizzle w/ caramel sauce and let cool. Cut into bars.
