1 tspcinnamon

1/4 csugar

4apples, peeled, chopped small

3eggs

1 coil
-
2 csugar

2 cflour
-
1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspcinnamon
- GLAZE

2 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, packed

2 Tbspmilk
-
chopped pecans, optional

you may want to double the glaze...i hadn't made this cake in some time...forgot i doubled it, but didn't this time
How To Make apple cake / caramel glaze

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a Bundt or tube pan. Combine cinnamon and sugar and coat pan with mixture.

2Mix apples, eggs and oil with electric mixer.

3Add flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon; mix well. ( batter will be thick ).

4Pour into pan and bake about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

5Allow cake to rest in pan for at least 10 minutes before inverting onto a cake plate.

6Combine butter, brown sugar and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Spoon over cake. Allow to cool before serving.
