1 cgraham cracker crumbs

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/4 cbutter, melted

2 Tbspfinely chopped pecans

24 ozcream cheese, softened

3/4 csugar

3 eggs

3/4 tspvanilla extract

2 1/2 cchopped peeled apples

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 csugar

1/2 tspground cinnamon

6 Tbspcaramel ice cream topping, divided sweetened whipped cream

2 Tbspchopped pecans
How To Make apple best caramel cheesecake

1Combine the first five ingredients; press onto the bottom of a lightly greased 9" spring form pan.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

3Add eggs; beat on low just until combined. Stir in vanilla. Pour over crust. Toss apples with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon; spoon over filling.

4Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.

5Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen. Drizzle with 4 tablespoons caramel topping. Cool 1 hour. Chill overnight. Remove sides of pan.

6Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream. Drizzle remaining caramel; sprinkle with pecans. Store in refrigerator.
