How To Make apple and walnut cake

combine apples and sugar, and let stand. beat eggs lightly, add oil,vanilla. beat and add to apple mixture. mix dry ingredients and and mix into apple mixture. fold in chopped walnuts.

bake in 350 degree oven for 60 min. can use layer pans, bundt , or 2 loaf pans
