1 boxbetty crocker one-step angel food cake mix (16 oz)

1 cancanned pumpkin pie mix

1 tsppumpkin pie spices

1/4 tspnutmeg
- PUMPKIN TOPPING

112 oz. tub of cool whip

1 ccanned pumpkin (plain)

1/2 tsppumpkin pie spices

1 pkginstant vanilla pudding (use mix dry) and gently stir all topping ingredients together.
- SUGARED PECANS

1/2 cpecans, in pieces

1/4 csugar
How To Make angel pumpkin cake with sugared pecans

1Heat oven to 350 deg. Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with Pam & wipe excess with paper towel.

2Mix cake mix,pumpkin pie mix & pumpkin pie seasoning in large bowl, med. speed for 1 minute. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle on nutmeg. Bake 30 - 35 min. until well set. Cool completely. Mix topping ingredients and spread topping on cooled cake, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugared pecans.

3To make sugared pecans, use 1/4 c. sugar in skillet, add pecans and stir until sugar becomes syrup. Watch pecans carefully or they will burn. Cool and put on pumpkin topping. YUM!
