This is another recipe from my sister and she got it from a co-worker. Its very quick to prepare and makes a lovely display with any kind of berries.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients For angel lush with pineapple

  • 1 box
    jello vanilla flavor instant pudding
  • 20 oz
    crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip,thawed
  • 1 pkg
    prepared round angel food cake
  • 1 qt
    seasonal berries of your choice

How To Make angel lush with pineapple

    Mix dry pudding mix with pineapple with juice in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom cake layer [cut side up] on serving plate.Spread 1 1/3 cups of the pudding mixture onto cake layer; cover middle cake layer. Spread 1 cup of the pudding mixture onto middle cake layer; top with remaining cake layer. Spread remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Top with your favorite seasonal berries.
