This recipe was in my mailbox and wanted to share...my blueberry boy will love this. This will be a must for the weekend. I will also make a blackberry one for the non blueberry lovers in my house. Recipe from recipetips. Enjoy!

Ingredients For blueberry angel food cheesecake

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese - softened
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1
    prepared angel food cake
  • 8 oz
    whipped topping
  • 2 can
    blueberry pie filling. or cherry, etc

How To Make blueberry angel food cheesecake

    Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Cut the angel food cake into 1-inch cubes; fold the cubes and whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. ( I folded the cool whip into the cream cheese sugar mixture, then added the cake..worked great ). Pour this mixture into a 13x9x2-inch dish and spread out evenly. Pour the blueberry pie filling over the top and spread out evenly. Cover with plastic or foil; Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
