Summers are all about parties but when it gets cooler, out come the pumpkin recipes. This is a favorite to bring for pot luck and easy to make for unexpected company.

Ingredients For ami's pumpkin cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 box
    instant butterscotch pudding
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 c
    canned pumpkin
  • 2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    nuts (if desired)
  • 1/2 c
    coconut(if desired)
  • 1
    cool whip

How To Make ami's pumpkin cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 13x9" pan

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. I always add nuts and coconut-that is up to you to add

    Bake 40-45 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Frost with Kool Whip and nuts as desired
