Ingredients For ambrosia cake

  • 1 box
    butter yellow cake mix
  • 11 oz
    can madarin oranges ( with juice )
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 12 oz
    cool whip
  • 1 box
    cheese cake mix
  • 22 oz
    crushed pineapple ( with juice )
  • 1 pkg
    frozen coconut

How To Make ambrosia cake

    Preheat oven 325 degrees Mix cake mix, add eggs, oil, and mandarin oranges with juice. Mix very well. Pout into 3 8 inch or 9 inch cake pans that have been greased and floured. Bake about 30 minutes or until cake is done. Turn out and let cool completely.

    Frosting Mix cool whip,sour cream,crushed pineapple with juice and cheesecake mix. Add between layers and top...( sides are optional ) Sprinkle coconut between layers and on top of cake.. Refrigerate
