2 csugar

1 canpumpkin

2 cflour

1 tspbaking soda

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspground ginger
- FROSTING

8 ozcream cheese

2 tspmilk

1 stickbutter
-
3 cpowdered sugar
How To Make amber's pumpkin bars

1Preheat oven to 350*. Spray an 11X17 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

2Beat eggs and oil. Gradually add sugar and pumpkin. Beat well.

3Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, ginger, and cinnamon thoroughly.

4Gradually add dry mix into pumpkin mixture.

5Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.

6While cake is baking, mix together cream cheese, mild, butter, and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled bars.
