amaretto cake
This bundt cake is my family's favorite. I make it for Easter almost every year, but my family forced me to bake it for Christmas. Served warm it just melts in your mouth, but it's good cold too. Enjoy!

Ingredients For amaretto cake

1 cbutter or margarine

1 1/2 csugar

4 lgeggs,separeted

1 tspvanilla extract

1 calmond filling

1 csour cream
-
2 1/2 cflour

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make amaretto cake

1Beat butter, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and almond paste well.

2Sift flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture and sour cream to almond mixture, alternating and beating well.

3In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.

4Fold egg whites into batter, and pour into bundt cake pan.

5Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
