2 lgbananas, mashed

1 ccrushed pineapple, drained

3/4 ccoconut

1 ctoasted walnuts or macadamia nuts,coarsely chopped
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 stickbutter, softened
-
4 cpowdered sugar
-
1/2 Tbspimitation vanilla

1/4 ccoconut
How To Make aloha bundt cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10-12 cup Bundt pan with cooking spray with flour. In medium bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and vanilla until combined. Add eggs one at a time; beat until fluffy about 3-4 minutes. Gradually, beat in flour mixture. Add bananas, pineapple and coconut: beating just until combined. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top with spatula. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes and invert cake onto rack. Cool completely.

2Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth Gradually, add powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Frost cake. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake. Store in refrigerator.
