1 1/2 tspalmond extract

1/2 csour cream

- ICING:

1/2 cbutter
-
1/4 cmilk
-
3 1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 tspalmond extract
How To Make almond cake with almond icing

1Preheat over to 375 degrees. In small sauce pan, add water and butter; bring to a boil.

2In mixing bowl, add flour and sugar. Pour boiling water and butter mixture over flour and sugar. Mix well.

3Add baking soda. Add extract. Add sour cream. Add eggs.

4Pour into prepared 9x13 pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until middle is set.

5Let cool 20-30 minutes.

6Icing: Bring butter and milk to a boil. Put powdered sugar and extract in a mixing bowl. Pour butter/milk mixture into bowl with sugar and extract and mix.

7Pour over cake and let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
