This cake is so moist! This recipe will fill either 3 8-inch loaf pans or 2 larger loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan.
Serve with Amaretto Glaze for some extra sweetness (see my recipes)

3 csugar

3 cflour
-
1 Tbspbaking powder

1 cmilk

1 cvegetable oil

1 Tbspalmond extract

1 tspsalt
How To Make almond bread/cake

1Grease a loaf pan or a Bundt pan and dust with sugar.

2Beat eggs in sugar for 2 minutes.

3Add all other ingredients and beat for 2 more minutes.

4Pour mixture into prepared pan.

5Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
