Ingredients For 7-up pound cake

  • 3 stick
    unsated butter, softened
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 5 lg
    eggs
  • 3 c
    sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 c
    7-up
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    pure lemon extract

How To Make 7-up pound cake

    Preheat oven 325 degrees, spray a bundt pan with bakers joy or your favorite baking spray. Set aside.

    In your mixing bowl, add the butter and sugar and mix until fluffy on medium about 2-3 minutes. Add egss one at a time mixing well after each. Add flour alternating with 7-up. add the lemon and vanilla flavorings.

    Pour into the bundt. Hit on the counter to release all bubbles. Bake in your heated over for one hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Turn onto wire rake or into a serving plate and cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar or your favorite glaze.
