Got this recipe from Cindy at work. Have used it for years if I needed a quick but great cake. You be the judge.

Ingredients For 7 - up cake

1 boxyellow cake mix
-
4eggs
-
3/4 ccanola oil

12 oz7 - up

1 boxinstant pineapple pudding mix
- FROSTING

1 cancrushed pineapple
-
1/2 csugar
-
2egg yolks
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
1 Tbspflour
-
1 boxregular pineapple pudding mix
How To Make 7 - up cake

1Preheat oven to 350. In mixing bowl combine, yellow cake mix, eggs, and oil. Add 7 up and instant pudding mix. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan 30 minutes.

2Frosting- In medium saucepan combine sugar, butter, crushed pineapple, egg yolks, flour and regular pineapple pudding mix . Cook on low heat (about 15 minutes) until thickened. Poor over slightly warm cake.
