Ingredients For 7-up cake

  • 1 box
    sour cream cake mix
  • 1 box
    instant pineapple pudding mix
  • 1 - 10 oz
    bottle of 7-up
  • 3/4 c
    oil
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • FROSTING
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 - 8 oz
    can of crushed pineapple
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    coconut, shredded

How To Make 7-up cake

  • 1
    Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into 13x9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minutes. Top with frosting: Cook butter, pineapple eggs and sugar unit it thickens. Add coconut and frost warm cake.
