Ingredients
- SUPPLIES
- - microwave oven
- - microwave safe bowl or large mug
- - fork or whisk for stirring
- MANDATORY INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk (whole or 2% is best)
- 2 tablespoons whisked egg (do not use entire egg!)
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips or broken up candy bar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for topping)
- 1 dash vanilla extract or cayenne pepper or cinnamon
- 1 - sliced strawberry, blackberries or raspberries
How To Make 5 minute microwave chocolate cake

Step 11. Mix together dry ingredients in your bowl/large mug.

Step 22. Add egg, milk, and oil, stir together, scraping sides.

Step 34. Add chocolate & your optional ingredients (except for powdered sugar), stir again, but not too much.

Step 45. Microwave 3 minutes in 1000 watt oven or 4 minutes in 700 watt oven. Let cake sit for 1 minute. (NOTE - cake will stick a bit to the bottom of bowl, be careful when removing)
