I fell in love with this cake when I requested a friend of mine at church to fix it for me. It is a personal favorite and a most requested item in my house.

Ingredients For 5 flavor pound cake

1 cbutter or margarine, softened

1/2 ccrisco, softened

3 cgranulated sugar

5 lgeggs

3 call-purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 cregular milk

1 tspbutter extract
-
1 tspcoconut extract
-
1 tsplemon extract
-
1 tsprum extract

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make 5 flavor pound cake

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 10" Bundt or tube pan and coat heavy with flour. In a large bowl, cream the butter, Crisco and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift your dry ingredients together and add to mixture, alterating with milk. Add extracts and mix well. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and turn from pan.

2Six Flavor Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 4 Tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. almond, butter, coconut, lemon, rum and pure vanilla extracts. Whisk until smooth. Drizzle over hot cake.
