Ingredients For 14 carrot cake

2 call-purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder
-
1 1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
2 csugar
-
1 1/2 coil
-
4eggs
-
2 craw carrots, grated
-
8 3/4 ozcrushed pineapple, drained

1/2 cnuts of choice, optional
-
3/4 craisins, optional
How To Make 14 carrot cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together dry flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

2Add sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well. Stir in carrots, pineapple, nuts and raisins.

3Pour into greased pans and bake for 30 minutes. This makes three 9-inch layers.

4Mix together 8 ounce cream cheese, 4 cups confectionary sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Add cream, if needed, 1 teaspoon at a time to reach desired consistency or use your favorite cream cheese frosting. Frost each layer and sides. Hope you enjoy!
