14 carrot cake

Another recipe I found in Grandma W's recipe box I inherited. This cake is incredibly good with all carrots (the way I prefer), or as the recipe is written with pineapple and raisins. Enjoy!

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking soda

2 tspcinnamon (heaping)

4eggs

1 1/2 coil

2 cgrated carrots (i used 5 cups fresh grated)

1 craisins, optional (i omit)

1 canpineapple, optional (i omit)

cream cheese frosting
How To Make 14 carrot cake

1Bale at 350 degrees 35-45 min in 9x13.

2I omitted pineapple and raisins and added additional carrots. Grated carrots on the cheese grater size, not zesting size like I do for dog treats for BBB.

3Frost when cake is cooled.
