I grow my own blueberries and always have them on hand to make this dessert - every time that we have a pot luck church dinner this is always requested. I hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients For blueberry/apple cobbler

  • 2 can
    apple pie filling
  • 2 stick
    melted butter
  • 1 box
    dry cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 c
    fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 c
    walnuts

How To Make blueberry/apple cobbler

  • 1
    in a 9 by 13 inch pyrex dish pour and spread the 2 cans apple pie filling into bottom of dish
  • 2
    melt 2 sticks of butter and pour over the top of the pie filling
  • 3
    sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top and then sprinkle with the 1/2 cup of water
  • 4
    pour the blueberries over top - if frozen berries are used, thaw them first and then sprinkle the chopped nuts on top
  • 5
    bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour
