7 oz your favourite pasta ((7oz = 200g; wholegrain would be best))

1 tbsp olive oil
•
1 clove garlic, minced
•
1 handful mushrooms ((1 handful = 1 cup, sliced))
•
1/2 red bell pepper
•
1 carrot, sliced
•
3 tbsp white wine ((3 tbsp white wine = 1 tbsp white wine vinegar))
•
1 handful peas
•
1 handful leafy greens like spinach
•
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
•
2 tsp maple syrup ((or honey, if that's ok for you))
•
1 thumb ginger ((ginger powder is fine too))
•
2 tsp Sriracha ((or similar hot sauce))
