1 lb. bulk pork sausage (Jimmy Dean’s sage is what I used)

12 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 lb. ham, cut into small cubes

3 C. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
•
3 C. cheddar cheese, grated
•
1 bunch green onion, sliced into small pieces
•
10 eggs
•
1 2/3 C. half-and-half
•
1 tsp. Johnny’s seasoning salt (or salt)
•
1/2 tsp. pepper
