INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
1 small dried red hot pepper
2 (14-ounce) cans DeLallo Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 cup warm water
Salt and pepper
8 ounces or 1/2 package DeLallo Spaghetti, broken into short lengths
