DEEP 'N DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE Fresh strawberries, in any form, are delicious!
INGREDIENTS

1 cup water
•
3/4 cup white sugar
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
2 tbsp cornstarch
•
1/4 tsp red food coloring
•
1 cup all-purpose flour
•
1/2 cup margarine
•
3 tbsp confectioners' sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
•
CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
•
250 g cream cheese
•
3 1/2 tbsp sugar
•
1/2 cup whipping cream
•
1/2 cup sour cream
•
In a large mixing bowl, using electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until light & fluffy . Add the sugar, whipped cream & the sour cream. Continue to beat until smooth. Spread mixture into pie shell.
