INGREDIENTS
85 g sultans
6 tbsp whisky (Bourbon)
200 g dark chocolate (min 75% cocoa)
110 g butter
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
80-110 g brown caster sugar (to taste)
60 g self- rising flour (60 g AP flour+ ½ tsp baking powder)
70 g walnuts (toasted and chopped)
1 tbsp grated orange rind
1 tsp natural vanilla essence
