I love hot fudge sauce. I found this one a while back and is fool proof. What is even better, you make it in the microwave!

1/3 c

whipping cream
1/4 c

sugar
1/2 c

semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

How To Make hot fudge sauce

In a microwave safe bowl, heat the whipping cream about 40 seconds. Add the sugar, stir until dissolved. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla, stir until dissolved. Place in the microwave again for 30 seconds, stir, again place in microwave for 30 more seconds, stir and then let sit until it is room temperature. Serve over ice cream or for a dip for cream puffs, or churros, etc.
