1/4 tspcream of tartar

1/2 cboiling water
How To Make quick & easy frosting

1Mix together sugar, egg white, cream of tarter and salt. Add boiling water.

2Beat with electric mixer or by hand until stiff peaks are formed. If desired, add flavoring and beat 2 minutes.
