2 to 3 teaspoons cumin optional
1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper or 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce optional
1/2 cup (113g) prepared salsa
1 cup (227g) cream cheese
1 cup (113g) Monterey Jack cheese grated
1 1/2 cups (283g) frozen chopped spinach defrosted and squeezed dry
