8 crunchy tostada shells
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 tomatoes (diced)
1/2 onion (diced)
1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
chopped cilantro
1 cup sour cream
1 small jar queso of choice
shredded lettuce
optional ( jalapeños & avocados) (diced)
