INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BREAD PUDDING:
1-½ pound Croissants (preferably A Little Dry), Cut Into 1/2 Inch Cubes (we Use Up To 2 Lbs.)
8 whole Large Eggs
2 cups Whipping Cream
2 cups Whole Milk
2 cups Sugar
¼ cups Frangelico (hazelnut Liqueur)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
1 cup Craisins

½ cups Butter
½ cups Sugar
6 Tablespoons Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons Jack Daniel's Whiskey
2 teaspoons Vanilla
