1 Lb. Ground Italian Sausage (sweet or spicy depending on your preference)

1 Lb. Bacon, Chopped

1 Quart Water

2 (14.5 Oz.) Cans Chicken Broth (or 3 2/3 cups homemade

4 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, Chopped into bite sized chunks (you can peel if you want to but we left the skins on)
•
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
•
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
•
2 Cups Kale, Swiss Chard or Spinach, Roughly Chopped
•
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
•
Salt & Pepper, To taste
