2/3 cups oats, blended into a fine powder

1/3 cup whole oats

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 stick butter, room temperature

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 cup light brown sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 cup white chocolate chips (you could also use regular chocolate chips- I am sure it would be just as good)
