INGREDIENTS
2 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
1 tbsp olive oil
14 oz turkey sausage (I used Johnsonville’s Cheddar Turkey Sausage)
2 onions, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon tomato poaste
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons flour
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
4 bay leaves
2 15 oz. cans cannellini (white kidney) beans, drained
8 oz. fresh baby spinach
