2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup cake and pastry flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup semolina
1 Tbsp salt
For toppings: roasted, unsalted pumpkin seeds; roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds; poppy seeds, sesame seeds, salt and pepper
