1 1/2 cups seltzer water

1 cup flour

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp salt

3/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
•
3 tbsp sesame seeds
•
Vegetable oil with a high smoke point for frying (I prefer grapeseed)
•
2 tsp cornstarch
•
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
•
1/3 cup agave nectar
•
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
•
2 tbsp sesame oil
•
1 tbsp rice vinegar
•
1/4 tsp cayenne (if spice sensitive, use just a pinch)
