"This is how I make crumbed chicken in the oven that comes out a lovely golden brown (no bits of white breadcrumbs) without the chicken overcooking. It's extra crunchy AND there's minimum crumbing-mess! I served this with a Ranch Dipping Sauce (Note 2) but the chicken is juicy and has plenty of flavour in the crumb so a dipping sauce isn't essential. Some people would consider that this recipe is enough for 4 people. I think it's enough for 3 as a meal. :)..."
