2-3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
TAHINI SAUCE:
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 tablespoons water
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 small garlic clove, minced (I use Gourmet Garden)
Pinch salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup fresh mint
