Strawberry Vinaigrette (recipe follows)

1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and trimmed

1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
•
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
•
2 Tablespoons honey
•
Pinch of salt
•
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper, to taste

1/4 to 1/2 cup vegetable oil
