Creamy Tuscan Chicken Tortellini

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or oregano)
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy/whipping cream
1 pound fresh/refrigerated tortellini (gluten-free for gluten-free)
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/3 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
2 cups spinach, coarsely chopped
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon fresh basil, thinly sliced
