1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or other on-plan non-dairy milk)

1 tablespoon raw cacao butter (6 disks or about 14 grams)

1 tablespoon granulated stevia (such as my homemade Mercy Sweet) or preferred sweetener to taste

2 doonks, or generous pinches, high mineral salt
•
1/4 teaspoon THM Simply Sunflower Lecithin (optional)
•
1/16th to 1/8 teaspoon "gluccie" or gluomannan powder (optional - see notes)
•
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•
1/2 to 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
