10 oz or 300 g Digestive biscuits or Graham crackers, crushed very fine.

1/2 cup or 100 g melted butter

You can also use a ready baked 8 inch pie crust, instead of a cookie base.

4oz / 125 g Cream Cheese
•
7 fl oz / 200 ml Whipping Cream half of this amount is also for the topping & 3 Teaspoons powdered sugar.

1 cup or 150 g Pureed strawberries. fresh or frozen. (hold back a few for decoration if you wish)
•
Some toasted or untoasted coconut for the topping

To make up the custard / Jello, add

225 ml or 1 1/4 cups or 225 ml of milk
•
225 ml or 1 1/4 cups or 225 ml of coconut milk
