1 1/2 pounds chicken breast or tenders (cut into 1-inch pieces)

2 tbsp butter
2 cups cremini mushrooms (sliced)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp fresh thyme, (chopped or 4 sprigs, tied bundle)
6 oz wide egg noodles, (uncooked )
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
