INGREDIENTS
1 medium sized onion, chopped
4 tablespoons butter or olive oil
2 medium sized butternut squash*
4-6 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
salt & pepper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
1 tablespoon each chopped fresh rosemary & sage (optional)
